Elizabeth Kolbert released a book a couple of years ago called: Under a White Sky; Can We Save the Natural World in Time? It's well worth a read as she covers a broad spectrum from geo-engineering marine life (I i.e. coral) to shooting particles into the stratosphere. She goes some to explaining how some schemes might eventually take off, others will forever be just by token efforts by states to generate good PR and some are pure pipe-dreams by science fiction lovers

Actually you KNOW nothing , you cite scientists that blame the population for climate change and high co2 but if you really research you will find that they have no idea and the data is false for the Agenda 21 climate change to control the population. the figures you show are flase, pls research, AND NOTE that a petroluem company is actually syphoning co2 from the air and storing it in underground tanks as is a company in ohio, Plants with less than .04 co2 will die. To say that to seek national security is not the answer to achieving security because it has to be done globally, is to tell people and nations to give their power away to a globalist elite. For our entire history we have used money. This is the second most important element (after oxygen) in our existence and of itself it does nothing and creates nothing but it links everything we do. As long as it is there as an incentive our natural instinct will always be to get it. If we are ever going to create a new system it simply has to be done without that element. Unfortunately it cannot be done by just an act but it starts with the conversation which has to be on all our lips to transform the energy.
